The animal cremation is always carried out in our modern cremation oven that meets the strictest European and Belgian standards. This means that the cremation takes place in a non-polluting way.
We regard it as extremely important to have respect for humans and animals, but also for the environment, our mutual habitat.
What options are there for saying goodbye to your pet?
Individual cremation
Collective cremation
Your beloved pet can be cremated individually. This means your pet will be cremated alone and, in this case, the ashes can be taken back home. We will, if desired, notify you when the cremation of your pet will take place by means of a WhatsApp message or an SMS.
In addition, we offer you a high degree of flexibility. The collection of the ashes is arranged by appointment.

You can also choose to have your beloved pet cremated as part of a group. With this option, no ashes are returned, but they are scattered in the ash scattering area provided for that purpose.
If desired, a lock of hair and a paw print can be taken. This is not included in the price, and a supplement will be charged. Prices can be found under Extra Services and Information.

Our mourning rooms
Eden Animal Crematorium has four comfortable mourning rooms. They serve as an intimate setting in which to say goodbye to your pet in a fitting manner. There is a salon with tables, all of which is brightened up with flowers and decoration where you can feel at home.
The mourning rooms are arranged in a warming and homely way and will make you feel at ease and able to cope with your pet’s farewell in peace and comfort.
A welcome in a family atmosphere
As devoted animal lovers, we know what saying goodbye to your pet does to you. Therefore, we consider it important to welcome our guests in an understanding way in an appropriate setting. We like to put our guests at ease with a get-to-know-you conversation and a comforting word. With a lot of empathy for your loss, we deal with the funeral with all due serenity and at the pace in which you yourself want to proceed.
Collecting your pet
Animal Crematorium Eden stands for a service without boundaries. This also means that we can collect your deceased pet from your home or from the vet. The collection is always carried out professionally and in a serene manner, with respect for your pet. We also have specially adapted transport, for animals of all sizes. The collection of your animal can be made 24 hours a day, in Limburg and beyond, on any day of the week.
Our gardens
Access to the garden, which has 2 ash scattering lawns, is via the reception area or the parking area. Here you can regain your composure in full privacy, partly because of the partitioning of the garden. The garden is also easily accessible for persons with disabilities and wheelchair users via the wide, paved paths. The garden can be visited by anyone during the opening hours.

On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the evening rate applies from 5 p.m (17:00).

We are available 24/7 for emergencies — i.e., in case of death when you want us to act immediately. If your pet dies, for example, in the afternoon and you need time to say goodbye at home and then decide to call us after opening hours, this will no longer be considered an emergency and you will not be able to contact us for emergency service. Farewell arrangements can always be discussed with us. For information, paying your respects or other appointments, we are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 13:00 to 17:00.
